While After Effects will run on these, they would be okay for occasional use. None of them are good choices for a sustianed workload.

Find something with faster processors and more cores (i9 preferred, or i7), dedicated graphics with built-in native display of 2560x1440 or higher, 64GB or more of RAM, and at least one Thunderbolt port.

Being budget minded, a base HP zBook Studio G10 (or similar) or Apple M3 MacBook Pro are very good choices.
