suite CEP problem

Hello everyone, I have never been able to open After Effects on my Mac because there is a problem with the CEP suite. I have tried everything but nothing works.
If you know what to do please ! 

I keep having these 3 messages :
"After Effects cannot continue: Unable to load the Common Extensibility Platform (CEP) suite. You may need to perform a fresh installation."

"We detected a crash during your last session. Crashes can potentially be caused by faulty plugins or corrupted preferences. We recommend starting a session in Safe Mode to diagnose the issue.
During a Safe Mode session, default preferences are used and third-party effect plugins may be disabled."

"After Effects cannot continue: An unexpected error has occurred and After Effects will now shut down.
Make sure you have the appropriate permissions to launch
After Effects and read/write access to the After Effects Preferences folder.
If you received other error messages before this one, please review them and resolve them if possible."
