Sunburst effect does not work

I'm supposed to be able to craete a comp and double-click the sunburst effect to add it to a comp but it does not work. I get an expression error. If I knew more about expressions I might be able to sleuth it out, but alas...

My guess is that in your Project Settings you've got the Expression Engine set to Legacy Extendscript instead of JavaScript.

For anyone finding this post, you will find this settings in ile.ProjectSettings>Expressions(Tab)
