SuperComp Panel is Empty

After searching for this issue, I have to say up front that my copy is 100% bought and paid for.

I've also been talking to Red Giant Support for months already, so hoping someone might have some ideas.

SuperComp was working fine on my 6-year old workstation, but I recently built a new workstation with an AMD 5950x CPU, RTX 3090 GPU and 128GB RAM.

I've had very strange behavior with SuperComp, but my net result is not being able to use it..  I found "Tricks" to get the Panel to open, but after I discovered a "Trick", it stopped working.

Toggling the visibility off of the SupeComp layer and then clicking "Open Panel" worked once.. Then when I realized it wasn't a workaround, I tried toggling off visibility for all layers, opening the panel and that worked once. Then I tried toggling only one layer on at a time, that worked once.. Now none of those "tricks" work at all.

I'm wondering if it could be some kind of cache issue.. That would have to persist from 2020 to 2021(V18) which I just installed.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Start by updating and checking your graphics drivers. SuperComp is highly dependent on accelerated functions and well, those RTX card take some work to configure them properly. You may need to truncate memory or change the OpenGL settings in the driver to increase legacy compatibility or install a different driver.

Thanks for the response!

Drivers are up to date, I've also tried switching between the Game-Ready and Studio driver.

Is there any resource you can direct me to for configuring RTX cards?  Not really seeing how to adjust any of those settings in the Driver.   Oddly SuperComp opened up once while I was trying different driver settings, but it wouldn't open again.

Thanks again.
