Bonjour, Is there a keyboard shortcut or a button for swapping colors between fill and stroke in After Effects CC?

Nope, but you can make a solid, eyedropper one of the colors, and then do the color swap on the shape.  If it takes any more than 20 seconds, you're doing it wrong.

Another option is to select the shape layer, press the U key twice to reveal all modified properties, click the fill color and copy (Ctrl/Cmnd + c), then click the fill eyedropper and sample the stroke color, then select the stroke color and paste (Ctrl/Cmbd + v). Takes about 2 seconds.
