Swap memory limited | Macbook ventura

Hi everyone! 

few weeks ago i used after effect for my animation project (AE ver 22.x) . when i checked "activity monitor" in my macbook m1 pro (1tb, 16gb), it was about 30-40gb in swap memory line and my performance was good and smooth preview.

but recently when i use AE (ver 23.6) for this project, the swap memory just take about 2gb. So when i preview in timeline, i just can see about 2-3 seconds smoothly ( after caching) and repeat again.

after that i try download the older version in CC ( ver 22) and my problem still there.

I dont know it happened by Mac OS system changed or AE preference?

plz help me. =>> may be i will downgrade to macos moterey and hope it'll be fix

ps: my "real" RAM always full
