Sync Audio waveform to transition effects

Hello 

I Hope the subject cut the whole story short for at least 20 people.

Basically what i'm looking for here is people who are willing to cooperate in order to create as many examples for developers to just watch over and over to inspire and be able to make the right code. For the future 

The examples we will be making are short videos with effects and transition that occure according to the frame and shape of the waveform. 

Some may say plug-ins ...well I know that there are plugins that does this, but not as creative as manual work with an ear for music.

Without further adue. We still have to make more content for developers (AI) to get inspired from and be able to create the next tiktok not just another plug-in.
