Team Project is Empty for Collaborator

I just started using the CreativeCloud and I am having problems with using the Team Project function in After Effects and in Premiere. I started a team project in Premiere, and shared it with my collaborator, but she could only open the project and none of the files were there. Then she shared another Team Project with me in After Effects, I was able to open it, but it was entirely blank. What's happening here? Can somebody please help! I searched all sorts of tutorials but nobody is having this problem! Please note that when I try to click on TeamProject/Get latest changes in After effects, the option is offline and not clickable.

As I know team projects work only with Creative Cloud for teams subscriptions so are you sure you have the right subscription? https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/business/teams.html?promoid=4SC998VL&mv=other

Thank you for this! Me and my colleague both have "Adobe for Business".... (in German Adobe für Unternehmen). I am not sure if this is what you mean, but I do get invitations from her to collaborate, and she also got my invitation. We both have the option in Adobe to "Open Team Project" - but they are just blank!
