Does anyone know how to create a detailed teleportation effect from a first person point of view? I have tried to create a Radial Blur on frames in Photoshop but can't seem to make it look as smooth as seen in this video created by Xympf Productions. Correct answer Rick Gerard

I would do some time remapping, then apply Radial Blur in AE to the speeded-up parts. An adjustment layer with animated opacity and Radial Blur wold to it.

There are a lot of other things you could add to the transition to class it up. The sample video pretty visually boring.

Time remapping at the speed transitions.  It's all one continuous shot.  Pretty simple stuff.
