Template for digital clock After Effects

Hi,

I need for a Adobe Premiere Project a digital clock. The font must be set to custom. I know it is possible to create this in After Effect, but today i openend it the first time. It is very challenging but i am nhot even start with the basics. I will in the near future.

My question is: Is there somewhere a simple projecttemplate to download which i can use for my project in Adobe Premiere

I have all latests versions of the Adobe suite
