Hi everyone whenever I type text on after effects if I type like 1 - 5 letters they are really spaced out but if i type a lot they all jumble together on one line. My spacing settings are normal tho! Help mee pls

You have selected the text tool, clicked in the comp frame, and dragged out a rectangle, and your paragraph spacing is set to Justify.

    You could try this: click on the hamburger (the 3 lines) and reset the Character panel.

    Without any info about your actual settings on the character and paragraph palette nobody can tell you much, but this clearly looks liek you have enabled auto-flow block text and are undercutting the line spacing or have the baseline set differently. Check these things. Anything more will require proper info.
