If you want something specific, you're probably going to need to customize it for yourself, rather than hoping someone else has already built exactly what you want.

The preset you posted on Mylenium's reply gets you most of the way there, though.

Open up the text layer, and try duplicating the animator the preset created. Remove Position from this second one, and play with the settings to add some additional complexity to the Opacity. Adding a Wiggly selector (if it doesn't already have one) will probably be the key here.

The text animators aren't particularly intuitive, but they can be really powerful once you have an idea how they work.

These are simple presets from the "random" category. And even without a preset this stuff is easy enough to set up using simple text animators with wiggly selectors or expressions. I suggest you read the online help on these things.

I already have the base animation on this although, this is an updated version which I don't have so I'd want to get such animation.

I think it's an Animation but it can be an Expression also, is there somebody that would be willing to help me?

You can, for example, use 2 animators: Random Fade Up for appearing characters and Random Shuffle In to move them. In the second one change the starting position as you need.

I made the quick sketch to show the idea, you can experiment with the settings for the best result.
