Hi, @goatmj :

It looks like you're in Adobe After Effects instead of Adobe Premiere Pro.

Expand the Layer Switches pane.  This shows the values for the parameters like the Advanced options of a Text Animator.

 

The button to expand or collapse the Layer Switches pane is located at the very bottom left of the After Effects application window.

Yes my bad i thought i pressed after effects thank you so much I did not see this is there a way to save it so it is always like that when I open it after updating it evrything changed along with my effects panel I always have to add that now as well when it always used to be open automatically. Thanks for this though I did not see this!
