Welcome to the community. This effect seems to have been created using a physics plugin. The text animation in the second slide of the carousel is added twice. The first animation is as-is, and the second duplicate is reversed to make a continuous loop. You can try the free version of Newton (https://adobe.ly/4j1ZYTD). It will allow you to export 25 frames of animation.
