You don't import Animation Presets, you apply them by selecting a layer and dragging or double-clicking on the Preset in the Effects And Presets Panel.

    I think I found the problem. After effect is loading presets from a folder that is empty. That's why it gives me an error. How can I make it load the effects from the folder where the files are installed?
