Text layer properties problem after effect

since the last update I'm facing a problem with text layer properties like I have 2 text layers, I apply effect on the first than once I wanna change properties for the second one it effect the first one only , even if I add more text layers and trying to change properties fro the 3rd one for example position it change the position of the first one only , but when I RESTART AE it works for a while than the same problem!

    Hi keysofff, that sounds frustrating. To help us figure out what's going on, could you share a few details?

    1. Your exact After Effects version and your OS.

    2. A short screen recording showing the issue.

    3. When you switch from layer 1 to layer 2 in the Timeline, does the Effect Controls panel update to show layer 2's effects, or does it still show layer 1's?

    4. Do any of your text layers have parenting or expressions linking properties between them?
