the camera does not rotate with the rotation

I can't move (position) the null object that the camera is linked to, and when I change the position coordinates, the x,y,z axes in my comp don't change, they seem to be displayed statically.

how can I make the null object lie on the comp like in the third image, instead of just being a square on the comp?

Is this a template you've downloaded from a website?  It probably has expressions locking the camera properties and the creator expects you to use it in a specific way.

If it's not from a template, the camera is a child on the Null object and set to face it straight on, so rotating the null gets the camera to orbit it.
