↑このようなエラーが出てきて、音が全く出ません。どのようにすれば解決できるでしょうか

Convert the file to a WAV in Audition or any other audo tool. AE was never good at using MP3s directly.

    Without any info about your source file and other details like version of AE, audio preferences, system info and so on we can'tr really tell you much on why the audio conforming fails. You need to be much, much more specific and provide the necessary info and possibly screenshots.
