The name of the effect that increases the width and height separate layer.

Hi all.
There is a Photoshop file in which a plant is depicted, and individual branches are scattered on different layers.

I want these branches to sway in the wind using the CC Bend it effect. The file was imported as Retain Layer Sizes composition.

When I apply this effect to a separate branch, with a strong value of the effect, part of the image is hidden behind a frame limited by the width and height of this separate layer.

I don’t remember the name of the effect that increases the width and height of this separate layer. Can anyone tell me the name of this effect?
