The New AE Update lost my file setting

I remember I answered "YES I WANT TO KEEP" and all have been lost... It's really a shame. I waste hours trying to rebuild the workspace, shortcuts, plugins after each update. Sometimes it works fine, sometime it's a mess. Adobe, please consider that a majority of users are professionals. I'm counting on a solid app management, without issues like this. It's really a pita!
