The problem with the raider, after rendering the video, defects appear, on the video

Hello everyone, I have such a problem: after rendering the video, defects appeared, like this

I used plugins VcOrb, Optical Flares. Video without color correction, without the use of effects. It is worth noting that there are no defects in AfterEffects itself when viewed in full.

can this be fixed somehow?

your depth values are probably not making a lot of sense and you're making a mess by using three hardware accelerated plug-ins that don't really talk to each other. From just running out of hardware resources to indeed the rendered contents cancelling each other out this could be anything. In any case, as Rick already said you need to show us soem actual screenshots of the timeline, the effects parameters and al lthat good stuff.

The cropped screenshots showing the final render tell us nothing at all about how you set up your compositon. Without understanding your workflow and the layer structure it is going to be nearly impossible to figure out how to fix the lighting and detail problems.

Try posting screenshots of the UI with the modified properties of the layers showing. Just press 'uu' with all layer selected and show us what you did. If you are also experiencing a lot of color changes we also need to understand your color management workflow. Working in a 16 or 32-bit project and then rendering to an h.264 for distribution can also cause color shifts, color banding, and other problems if you don't have the color management nailed down.
