The sound slows down in After Effects. There were no problems before, but suddenly the sound slowed down, when I set the same FPS the sound is slow, when I set 30 fps and in preview 60, the sound becomes normal, but the video is accelerated and it is not convenient to work like that, I also tried the convert method, it helps, but it takes time, help, who encountered this problem and how did you solve it🙏
