the system said to perfectly save work, do any of the following, but I did all of them to make sure that the animation is saved, but when coming back, I saw that the animation was fully gone and m-issing

Sorry to hear this happened, especially if you'd already finished the animation and thought everything had been saved. I can understand why that would be frustrating.

There are a few different reasons this can happen, so it would help to narrow it down. Do you remember whether you saved the After Effects project (.aep) itself, or did you save something else (such as an export)? Also, what version of After Effects are you using, and do you see any error messages when you open the project?

If you're able to share a few more details, or even a screenshot of what you see when you reopen the project, the community may be able to help figure out what happened.

it said to save the animation before leaving, so I saved it in my flies and even pressed Ctrl + S for more saving process, but upon reopening it, it had no clue nor anything of my animation, I tried to explain this to my teacher, but they thought I was wrong and gave my a really pathetic and useless failure grad, with is not my fault, because I did finish a perfect animation and had saved it, so i really hate getting blamed for Adobe after effects’s stupid action
