My device is weak and I can't use the 2025 version of the app. I need the 2019 version. If anyone can help, I would be grateful.

Unfortunately, only the latest and one major version behind the latest version are available to download. You may need to upgrade your machine.

The support team said that anyone can send a link to download the program from external sites.

The Creative Cloud App will let you know what versions are available. Unfortunately there isn't much that can be done if Creative Cloud doesn't offer the version which you'd like.
