there is no “support files” folder

I have Adobe After Effects 2021. I do not have the "Support files" folder and because of this there is no "plugins" folder. I have no restrictions on hidden folders. I tried everything, but I never found where to download plugins. Help please

Without any system info we can't really tell you where to look. That said, as far as it goes AE will load any plug-ins in it's program folder. The various sub-directories are really just a means of keeping things organized. So you could just create a new folder and drop whatever plug-ins in there.
