Thin white line around pre-comp within composition duriong scale

I have a short animation that has a pre-comp used within it, when that pre-comp scales, a white line appears around it only during the animation, it then disappears after the animation has finished. theres no white in either composition that would be appearing there.

It's almost invisible in this screenshot, but you can see it best to the left of the image

    I would guess that it is probably a slight misalignment due to an anchor point or position not being on a whole pixel, the edges not lining up, an underlying layer or aliasing that might be possibly improved using the Alpha Add blend mode. It could also be that the artwork was not drawn using Snap To Pixel in Illustrator.

    It's only a guess because I can't see your timeline with the modified properties of the layers giving you problems revealed. Without specific details on the workflow and what is happening to the layers, it's impossible to say for sure.
