Timeline ram preview lag and jitter issue

hi,,,i just got my new pc windows 10.whene am ram previewing an simple ball animation..its playing in a choppy manner..like a jitter effect. dont know what to do..i tried all sorts of fixing preferences from youtueb.but its still the same.
