To set/keep a center point of the 360 video view and the nadir

Dear All,

Could you tell me does it have the way to set/keep a center point of the 360 video view and the nadir by VR Comp editor using After Effects?

There is a 5 mins 360 video that taken to walk within the park where is some corner.
And, We cannot walk same pace to the destination now. I have a tripod with my right hand to shoot the scene and that is slanting to the left, right, front or back sometimes by unwanted signals. It's not my concentration and capability. It was not like that until 2018. So the results of the video has not center point sometimes.

Please advice me how to fix the results by After Effects.
