to work with adobe animate cc, you need to import a format file .fla

Are you working in After Effects or Adobe Animate.  AA project files are .FLA, if you're trying to import a project file into After Effects, I imagine you need to export it as a video first.  If you're trying to import a video in AA, then I think you need to save it as H.264 - but I'm very rusty, as I haven't used Animate since it stopped being called Flash

Without any system information, details on which versions of the programs you use and what kind of file you are trying to import nobody can tell you much. You need to be more specific.
