Toogle stwich mode

Bonjour, je regarde quelques tuto pour afficher et utiliser le (TRACKMODE) dans les tutorials cela nous mentionne de faire un clique droit sur la barre de sélection des mode et un menu apparait avec l'option stwich. mais moi je n'est pas l'option stwich comme vous pouvez voir sur mon image plus bas. quelle est la solution.

Hello, I'm looking at some tutorials to display and use the (TRACKMODE) in the tutorials that mentions us to right click on the mode selection bar and a menu appears with the option stwich. but I don't have the stwich option as you can see on my image below. What is the solution.
