Top view in composition panel not working

Question

Hello! I am new to After Effects and I am trying to create 3D text using the camera tracker. Everyting went good until I switched to "Top" view. I created a spot light to lighten up my 3D text (Using Cinema 4D) but when i switch to "Top" view i Cant see anyting. In the amazing tutorial I am following (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PWvPbGWVRrU&t=11312s), at 3:01:33, the light, camera and 3D text appears. Noting appers when I switch to "Top" view. It's alla black. I am very confused.

When I created my light I can see that it lights up my text, but I can't see the light isself. There are no coloured arrows to move the light with the selection tool. It is suposed to look like this:

I can't see anything.

You can press 'c' to open up the camera tools in the top, left, custom, or any of the other of the isometric views and adjust the view. The rotate camera tool does not work with top, bottom, front, left, right, front, or back view, but you can push the 'c' key again to bring up the move tool (the icon that looks like a +) to drag the view up to see the layers that are out of view. You can also press 'c' again to bring up the push-in or pull back to see more of the frame.

I almost never use the multiple view options without adjusting the frame size (double arrow tool) or the move tool to see things outside of the Active camera's perspective view. That should make the controls for the lights show up in the frame.
