Track Camera Not Working

This is extremely frustrating because I was JUST using the track camera just fine and then today I go back to the layer to grab another track point for something else in a different area of the same clip......the tracking was gone, so had to redo it.

Problem is, it doesn't want to.  I've gotten 987287267842 error report pop ups trying to simply use track camera.  It either doesn't want to initialize, which has been an on going issue since before 2017 from what I've seen in extensively long report lists and no correct fixes.

Or it finally initilizes after 10 tries and restarts, then gives me "3D Camera Tracker: Layer size must match Composition and use default transform values"

Well great thing is.....I'm already doing that, that annoying thing is....After Effects doesn't care and is just throwing up random errors.

I've tried to start over and re pre compose everything and try again and still does this.

There literally is nothing mismatching.  It worked just fine before, and now with no changes, it just doesn't want to work again.
