Track Matte dropdown is not showing the default options like Alpha Matte, etc..

Hi.  I have After Effects 2023 installed and I can't see the default Track Matte dropdown options like Alpha Matte, etc.  Please see the video attached.  Can you help?

It's all expleined in the help. The matte modes are toggled via the icons that appear next to the dropdown once the connection has been established.

Thank you for your quick reply.  However, it's still not showing the dropdown options like before. I just see some switches.  How can I get the dropdown options to show?
