Track subject on a image sequence

Hi,

See attached Movie file. I am trying to center and stablise the subject centered inside a standard 4:3 window by trying warp stablise of track motion but neither would go past the initialising process. I tried Mocha but it ended up erroring as well.

What am I doing wrong?
