Tracking/replacing a framed photo?

I'm attempting to replace a framed photo in a video scene. I'm trying to put my own photo in place of the original one.

Here is the photo I'm trying to replace, this video is from the end of the movie The Shining:

The Shining (zoom image) - Album on Imgur

None of the tracking tutorials I've found on YouTube work because the video zooms into the frame - causing you to lose the corners of the frame that you use as reference points to track the image to.

Is there any way a total After Effects newbie like me can pull this off? Perhaps a good link that explains the process?

Thank you!

PS: I'm a long time user of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, but have only been learning After Effects for about a month.
