Transform removes effects from under comps

Hi I have this problem where effects I put in my under comps aren't showing on my main comp, the worst part is that one of my under comps does update, just not the two before. I was messing around with everything and noticed that it started working again when I removed my transform key points in my main comp. I'm posting here to figure out how I will be able to transform my main comp without it making under comps not work? They all have live update on.
