trial has expired

My trial expired and I purchased after effects but every tim I opened it it said trial expired and poped up with the option to purchase and when i clicked it it said i already owned it then closed out so I uninstalled it and now I cant install it again because it says i need to purchase it but I already own it and does the same thing like I couldnt even purchase it again even if i wanted too
