Hi guys!

I'm new to this community, sorry if the tread is at the wrong place ❤️

Where do I start to make something like this?
Please help. What plug ins? Is this from the program "Notch"? Heard great things about it.
But unfortunate, its only on windows..

Thanks for any tips on how to make something similar❤️

These animations can be created in AE with some plug-ins. Whether or not they were created in Notch or for that matter any other motion graphics tool/ compositing program is something you would have to ask the original creator. Based on the images one can deduce the following:

  • common use of a "chromatic abberation" technique or a plug-in like e.g. GenArts Chroma Blur to generate the rainbow effect
  • massive use of vector blurs (CC Vector Blur or similar) and fake motion blur to create the cirrations and smearing
  • use of repetition effects like Motion Tile and CC Kaleida for mirroring
  • additional glows and blurs

The second image likely uses a particle grid plug-in liek Trapcode Form with its fractal field simply cranked up and moved through the grid, but with a bit of effort similar stuff can be created using Card Dance or other stock AE plug-ins. Again, everything is doable in AE, both with and without extra plug-ins. just depends on how much work you want to invest vs. investing in the plug-ins.
