Trouble editing shape layer paths points

Question

HI,

I'm having trouble editing shape layer path points. It seems that in order to select a path point I have a move my mouse and/or wacom pen 20 pixels lower then the point to select it. Its making it impossible to select a point. Its like its offset reading where the mouse/pen actually is. I thought it was originally a wacom problem but it also happens when I use a mouse. It also happens when trying to move mask points on layers. Any ideas?? I have a deadline tomorrow and need to animate some characters!

try to diconnect your wacom totaly restart you PC and use mouse just to confirm if it's a wacom issue or not because mostly it look like a wacom calibration issue
