Trying to stretch Keyframes to be longer and in proportion

Hi, I'm trying to stretch keyframes for several effects at once so they're further apart but keep them proportionally separate. I'm able to do this sometimes by clicking "option" + clicking on my mouse and moving them, but then other times when I do that, it moves them all at once without stretching them apart. Is there a reason why that's happening? Here's a video below to show I'm talking about.

I'm currently using AE 25.5.0 Build 4 on a Macbook Pro - with Apple M4 Pro chip.

Always select the edge-most keyframe to select+ALT/Option+drag - this is the case for Time Stretching Keyframes at either the head or tail of a group of selected keyframes.
