turkish character problem

hi in after effects when i type "İZMİR" as a turkish karakter there is no problem but when i copy "İZMİR" from anywhere then paste after effects change this to "IZMIR" how can i fix this ?

copy "UŞAK" to after text is : "UŞAK" there is no problem

but copy "İSTANBUL" to after text is : "ISTANBUL"

There is only problem with "i" letter upperchases
