What is the different between these two fills?

Hi MahaB82A,

 

Thanks for writing in.

The Fill at the top controls the Fill Color of the shape that you are going to create with Shape or Pen tool. Fill in the Timeline panel controls the Fill Color of an existing shape. However, if a Shape layer is highlighted, Fill at the top will change the Fill Color of the selected layer.
