Two Null object for the same level, is it possible?

Hi all, is possible associate a level to a Null Object  from fotogram 15 to 25 and from fotogram 40 to 50 to another Null Object?

Dynamic parenting can be achieved with expressions by weighting the faux "parenting" with a slider. You can look that up in a simple web search. Anything beyond that will require a more specific explanation of what you are actually trying to do.
