type "a" in font manager and crashing software

hi guys
i want chnage my fonts in after effects but when i type "a" to select font witch started with letter "a", after effects showin me the wierd error. i have this problem since i use 2023 version until now witch i use 2025 version.

can someone hep me?

This is likely due to a corrupt font.

Try deactivating all but the system fonts. If that allows you to use the font menu as expected, activate them back in small groups until the crash presents itself.

thank you but actually i cant test this solution right now. because i a have lot of project and using lot of fonts. bit this error pop up when project in timeline has lot of layer and details. its happend random lot of time.
