Question

Unable to access installer

I have a client who needs me to maintain an older Mojave system, on which I was running After Effects 2020. I've been doing this for years, paying for the service for years (despite the fact that I used to pay for a permanent licence.) Now I've had to reinstall Mojave, and I'm being told that I no longer have access to an installer. I'm sorry, but what have I been paying for EVERY month? You've raised for monthly fee to $70, almost double where we started, and you're telling me that you I can't have the thing that, for me, I'm actually paying for. Not only that, but when I used to log on, I used to be able to see all the permanant licences that I've paid for in previous years. (Because I could probably install an even older version onto this system). But I see that you've purged that information from my profile, and I no longer have those serial numbers.

This is really an infuriating situation. I always liked Adobe, which is one reason that I've paid the monthly fee and haven't gone looking for a cracked version. But this middle finger gesture to the customer is a deep disappointment, and has me viewing Adobe in an entirely different light.

Sorry... I sound like a jerk. (It won't let me edit my words and refine.)  I just find this to be a very unfair situation.
