Unable to acquire rendered frame

Hi,

I freelance in drone animation for real estate mainly using a combination of Mocha and 3d camera tracker for the last two years consistently. As of two days now, I've been getting an error when I attempt to use the 3D camera tracker saying "unable to acuire rendered frame" and I can't figure out how to fix it. If it does work, it gives me a "no depth from a tripod pan solve" error. This is for an orbiting mid-altitude clip of a house for example, 10 sec max. I have overlayed graphics and tracking on similar shots many times before. So I don't think its the footage or quality of shot, and I don't mix shot angles. In any case, answers I have found online are old and I was wondering if anyone can help me out before I get seriously stuck.

Also, I have a decent MacStudio computer (32GB ram M1 Max) and this shouldn't be happening. I just want my stuff to work! I keep my Adobe programs up to date, mainly working in After Effects beta (its happeing in both beta and the latest 2023 version. Not sure what is going on! I've emptied caches, uninstalled and re-installed both programs and it still happens. The weird thing is that when I take the footage and apply the camera tracker on my laptop, it tracks fine and solves for the camera like normal. This has pretty much stopped me in my tracks on my desktop. HELP!

After 6 days of troubleshooting and working my way up the chain with Adobe Support, turns out it was a "Full Disk Access" issue and needing to also reset connection to the  Dynamic Link server.  Once we toggled on Full Disk Access for both AE 23.5 and Beta versions, I'm back in business!!

Thanks to the senior dev team for helping with this. Faith in Adobe Support confirmed!

Update: Just got this message:

Could this be an issue with dynamic link?
