Unable to create user animation preset

Im trying to create a user preset and I'm getting this error says it cannot because the file cannot be written. However, I do have a user preset already in there- and I cannot find where that file exists.

You don't have permission to save the preset to that folder, so there are 2 way to fix that

1- you need to change the permission to presets folder to allow AE to write inside that folder

2- save the preset on your desktop (or any folder not required permission) then move it manually to the presets folder (you need to enter your password to do that)
