Unable to execute script at line 10069 (on startup)

Question

Im having difficulties with Ae Version 25.1 (build68)
Since I updated my after effects I have recieved this error message on start up.
I assume it must be with one of my plugins or preferences because I have tried numerous times to uninstall and reinstall ae and it makes no difference. My C4D rendered also doesnt work and crashes the whole program if I try to render anything with it

Hi Alexa_N_Motion,

Thanks for reaching out. I second you, it could be a plug-in or script. What happens when you click OK? Are you able to use After Effects or it crashes? If you're able to use it, go to Effect menu > Manage Effects > disable the third-party plug-ins one by one and restart After Effects to find out which plug-in is causing this. Are there any crash reports when After Effects crashes?
