Unable to fill rectangle. GDI status: ValueOverflow

Question

I keep getting this "Unable to fill rectangle. GDI status: ValueOverflow" bug when I open my project on the latest version of Premiere Pro 2024.

The sequence panel is blacked out, but the rest of the screen is okay. Every time I move the mouse on the sequence panel, I get more notifications of the same error.

How do I fix this? I can't get anything done.

Please help me!
