UNABLE TO IMPORT FILE BAD FOPRMAT OR NOT READABLE

BY ACCIDENT I FORCED RESTARTED MY COMPUTER AND NOW MY FILES IR CORRUPTED/DAMAGED AND IVE TRIED IT ON OTHER COMPUTERS AND IT SEEMS LIKE ITS THE FILE I WAS ABOUT TO RENDER TO IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME FIX MY FILE I WOULD BE HAPPY ( IVE TRIED MOSTLY EVERY METHOD THE DRAG AND DROP AND IMPORT FILES, CHANGING THE NAME THEY DONT WORK) IF ANY CAN HELP I WOULD MUCH BE APPRICIEATED.

What Gary suggests gives you a good chance of recovering  most of your work.

 

You can also try importing the project that will not open into a new, empty project.  

 

It looks like your project is stored in your OneDrive.  You could also check the cloud version of the project file, but if syncing has not beed disabled (which I would consider doing while working from a location like OneDrive) then the cloud file will likely be corrupted as well.

Probably not much you can do if the project has become corrupt. 
In After Effecst preferences there are a few Auto-Save options,  it's good practice to use them,  then you'll have a more recent backup to fall back on.
